Terms & Conditions

Triangle Home Gamerooms (hereinafter referred to as THG) is committed to providing our customers with the best products and services.

All terms and conditions apply to all www.trihg.com transactions including, but not limited to, the sale and/or return of new merchandise, pre-owned merchandise, accessory items, and any other products listed or referred to in this Site regardless of payment method. Purchaser agrees to all terms and conditions by the use of this Site when a transaction is made—including all purchases through the Site, email, or telephone.

Shipping

From the date of purchase, most merchandise will be delivered within one to four weeks. If merchandise is marked Special Order in the description, please note that the shipping timeframe may change due to the manufacturing lead time. THG will notify you via phone or email if the shipping will take longer than four weeks.

THG ships all oversized merchandise via motor freight (18-wheeler). The motor freight company will contact you when your item reaches the local hub to arrange a delivery date and time. If the motor freight company does not reach you directly by phone, they will leave a message. If you do not schedule the delivery appointment within 72 hours, you may incur storage fees of $75 per day per item; your order will not be released until all storage fees have been paid. If you fail to be available during the arranged delivery, additional charges will occur. Your order will be deemed undeliverable if you fail to schedule a delivery appointment within 10 days of the initial contact by the motor freight company. If your order is deemed undeliverable, the items will be returned to THG or put up for public auction.

All orders shipped via motor freight will be delivered to the curb/driveway of your residence with a Lift Gate. The order will be unloaded by the delivery driver; however, no other services will be provided. It is the buyer’s responsibility to move the order into the residence. Alternatively, orders may be shipped to the destination terminal and then picked up promptly by the buyer.

All other items are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground. Carriers will deliver packages without requiring a signature as long as the driver can find a safe place for the package. Please indicate in the Special Instructions section of the checkout process if you would like to have your merchandise shipped “Signature Required”.

For items shipped via USPS or UPS Ground, your tracking information will be emailed to you via the email provided during checkout. You can visit the carrier’s website to track your item. For items shipped via motor freight, please contact customer service for assistance with tracking your order.

Once your order has left our facility, THG cannot be responsible for delays in transit time.

Damaged Items

You must thoroughly inspect all of your packages before accepting delivery. If there is visible damage upon inspection of the order or if cartons are missing, DO NOT ACCEPT THE DELIVERY! Refuse the delivery, make note of the damage on the bill of lading, and contact customer service. If damage is not noted, the motor freight company may reject the claim so that you will then be responsible for the merchandise. Please note that if you accept the delivery when there is visible damage, neither the motor freight company nor THG will be responsible for any damage claims. If the driver will not allow you to mark the bill of lading, please contact THG immediately.

If there is concealed damage, it is very important that you document it with pictures and notes. You will also need to keep the original packaging. THG is not responsible for damage; however, a claim still needs to be filed with the motor freight company. THG will assist you with the claim and work to insure that you are a satisfied customer. You must file this claim within 48 hours of delivery. If the claim is not filed in a timely manner, the motor freight company will not accept the claim.

Backorders

If an item is backordered, the details of the backorder and an expected delivery date will be sent to you via the email address provided during checkout. Please contact our customer service department if you would like to cancel your order due to an item being backordered. If an item is discontinued by the manufacturer, THG will cancel the order and notify you via the email address provided during checkout.

Canceling an Order

Please contact customer service via phone or email to discuss canceling your order. THG will cancel any order that has not shipped. New merchandise will incur a 15% restocking fee for any canceled orders. Please read the description of the merchandise that you are ordering to see if the merchandise qualifies as a Special Order. Special Order merchandise cannot be canceled.

Return Policy

THG wants to ensure your complete satisfaction with all merchandise. If you are not satisfied with the merchandise that you received, please contact customer service within 7 days of your acceptance of delivery to discuss a resolution.

All merchandise sold can be returned for 7 days after acceptance of delivery. All returns must be in “unused” condition and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please note the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax will be added to orders delivered within North Carolina at a rate of 6.75%. If you are tax exempt, please contact customer service.

Payment Terms

THG accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and checks. Checks must clear before an order will ship. All items must be paid for in full prior to shipping.

Warranties

THG sells a variety of new and used items. Most of our new items are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Please see the item description for specific warranty details.

Legality

Machines sold by THG are to be used in a legal state, in a legal manner. The user/purchaser determines the legalities of local law. The user/purchaser has the ability with some games, at any time and for any reason, to change the settings within the games; therefore, the liabilities surrounding the machines are the sole responsibility of the user/purchaser.

Privacy Policy

THG information forms may require customers to give us personal contact information, which the company may use to send information about our website, perform customer service communications, and occasionally follow up with further mailings. THG does not sell the customer’s information to any advertiser or third party and enforces customer security.

Terms and Conditions May Change

THG reserves the right to update or modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
