Besides selling pool tables, the team at Triangle Home Gamerooms offers the following services:

Our technicians will use either Championship Invitational or Simonis cloth for our service calls.

We consider each project on a case-by-case basis. As we determine if we will move forward with your pool table, we will ask for the following information:

  • What is its size? (7ft., 8ft., or 9ft.)
  • What is the brand (Legacy, Connelly, Brunswick, Olhausen, American Heritage, etc.) and model?
  • What is its approximate age?
  • Will the project involve stairs?

In the absence of this information, we may request pictures of the pool table.

Unfortunately, Triangle Home Gamerooms no longer works on antique or vintage pool tables as well as pool tables with one piece of slate or MDF. We are also unlikely to offer assembly for pool tables purchased through internet retailers such as Amazon or Wal-Mart.

We offer appointment times in either the morning (typically starting between 9am to 10am) or in the afternoon (typically starting between 12:30pm to 1:30pm). Relocation projects usually take longer than other service calls – and they will almost always begin in the morning.

Please anticipate that you might need to book the appointment for our team one to two weeks in advance. In addition, our availability may be especially limited for service calls during the holiday season.

We understand that things come up, so we kindly ask that you call more than 48 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you do not show up for an appointment or if the location is not prepared for our team to move forward, we will charge an additional $75 when scheduling the next appointment.
